Prime Minister of Albania Edi Rama appreciates the President of the Republic Ilir Meta’s efforts to seek “clear, thorough, and exhaustive answers to all issues,” about which, according to him, the President of the Republic, “was not clarified earlier, despite his continued efforts for co-operation,” as the President states through his spokesman regarding the decree on the Minister of Interior.

Also in function of exhaustively addressing the issue, which President Meta has not raised as an issue during his meeting with the prime minister, but has only expressed it in written form, as a questionnaire to the minister of defence only yesterday, the President will receive along with his answers an exhaustive solution, which doesn’t leave place for any interpretations. From any side.
Expressing confidence that in this new process, where the Assembly has undoubtedly the final say after the Prime Minister of the President, the President of the Republic will have no reason to doubt his conviction on respecting the Constitution and will sign the decree on the Minister of Interior, Albania’s Prime Minister will cooperate with patience and full commitment with the President of the Republic, to successfully fill the last Saturday’s constitutional crack.
