Prime Minister Rama received today the Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister of Kosovo, Hashim Thaçi, who is on a visit to Tirana.

The meeting focused on the progress of the common agenda of projects between the two countries, and on the preparation for the second meeting between the two governments.

Prime Minister Rama and Foreign Minister Thaçi stressed the mutual commitment of both governments to further strengthen cooperation in the sectors for which important projects have been agreed upon such as education, infrastructure, customs, etc., and expressed willingness to create new spaces of cooperation.

Among other issues, developments in the region were also discussed in the meeting.
