In the frame of IPA II CBC Programme Albania-Kosovo 2014-2020 (funded by EU), the State Agency for Strategic Programming and Aid Coordination (Albania) in cooperation with the Ministry of Local Government Administration (Kosovo) and EU Delegation to Albania, invites interested candidates to express their interest in the following vacant position:
- Financial Officer of the Joint Technical Secretariat, IPA II CBC Programme Albania-Kosovo 2014-2020, located in Lezha

- Curriculum vitae (CV) in Europass format in English;
- Photocopy of University/ies diploma (no translation needed);
- Photocopy of Passport
- Family Certificate
- Good Conduct Certificate
- Copy of the working booklet
- Certificates of trainings, computer and language skills;
- Other relevant supporting documents on the previous experiences (reference letters, certificates, etc.);
- Letter of reference from NIPAC (applicable only to applicants previously employed in this position or other program structure positions).
