Several memoranda of understanding on education, culture, tourism and tax administration were signed by the participating Western Balkan leaders in the Open Balkans summit underway in Ohrid, North Macedonia:

– Cooperation agreement in the Western Balkans in the area of mutual recognition of diplomas and scientific degrees issued by higher education institutions and other authorized institutions.

– Memorandum of Understanding on Cultural Cooperation in the Western Balkans.

– Memorandum of Understanding on Cooperation of Tax Administrations in the Western Balkans.
