Prime Minister Edi Rama held a meeting with the OSCE Secretary General Thomas Greminger to discuss priorities of Albania’s OSCE Chairmanship on the margins of the Munich Security Conference.  Mr. Greminger congratulated PM Rama on taking over the OSCE Chairmanship by Albania, voicing confidence in its success. “Congratulations for the great start of Albania’s OSCE Chairmanship. I think you have started Chairmanship extremely well. We all appreciate your personal commitment,” Greminger said.
