Prime Minister Edi Rama welcomed today the President of the Republic of Kosovo, Mrs. Atifete Jahjaga along with the accompanying delegation, who are on an official visit to our country.

President Jahjaga thanked Prime Minister Rama and the Albanian government for the generous support to Kosovo in every aspect, and in particular for the contribution and support shown for the process of recognition of Kosovo’s independence.

President Jahjaga and Prime Minister Rama praised the very good cooperation between our countries, thanks to the successful implementation of a number of agreements in areas of mutual interest.

They agreed to intensify and further consolidate this strategic cooperation in economy, health, education, trade exchanges, etc.
