Prime Minister Edi Rama met with the Speaker of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia Maja Gojković, who is on an official visit to Tirana.

In the meeting was considered that these visits of senior officials in Tirana and Belgrade show a step forward in relations between our two countries which are already in a new phase.

Mrs. Gojković underlined that both countries guarantee stability in the region and our common goal is membership in the European Union.

Prime Minister Rama and Mrs. Gojković talked about the numerous opportunities of cooperation between the two countries in areas of mutual interest.

The parties appraised the inclusive regional cooperation started in view of the Berlin process.
