A toll manufacturing in Labinot Fushe has raised its labor force by 25% thanks to the Employment Promotion Fund. The entrepreneur explains that for every new employee the state pays from this fund four monthly salaries in a year and contributions of social and health insurance for the entire first year of work. Prime Minister Edi Rama visited today the plant, accompanied by the Mayor of Elbasan Qazim Sejdini and MPs of the district.

“We have 200 workers now. The job office has helped us find a substantial part of the labor force. We have benefited from the employment promotion fund. 1/4 of the labor force has been contacted through the job office. We thank the government for this”, the entrepreneur said.

In addition to pointing out the efficiency of the Employment Promotion Fund, Prime Minister Rama assured that its strengthening is important for the government.

“We do our job. The important thing is that the Employment Promotion Fund has been functional. We tripled it in 2014, while in 2015 we doubled it compared to the previous year and we will continue increasing it because it is a fund that is really helping a lot of people.”
