The report on inspection of human resources in university education institutions in Albania was presented today In the presence of Prime Minister Edi Rama.

The findings of this report were made public by the Minister of Education and Sports, Lindita Nikolla who stressed that the report is the result of the work of MAS representatives at each Regional Education Directorate and the Office of Education, to perform the monitoring of the enforcement of bylaws that regulate teacher profiles, in accordance with the standards of MAS.

From this inspection, 1184 more teachers compared to demands resulted in the entire country; 2065 teachers outside their profile and 1984 teachers without adequate education. In addition, new initiatives of MAS, such as the National Exam for those applying as teacher, authorization of all teachers and the creation of a national database of teachers until June 2015, were presented in the meeting with the intent to provide answers to this situation.
