The joint session of the governments of Albania and Kosovo concluded with the signing of a series of agreements and protocols of cooperation:

 

1-The Memorandum of Understanding between the Ministry of Infrastructure and Energy of the Republic of Albania and the Ministry of Infrastructure of the Republic of Kosovo on cooperation in the field  of the Rail Transport.

2- The Agreement between the Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Albania and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Diaspora of the Republic of Kosovo on Evaluating Establishment of a Joint Fund in Support for the Presevo Valley.

3- The Agreement between the Council of Minister of the Republic of Albania and the Government of Kosovo on Cooperation and Mutual Assistance in the Event of Natural Disasters and Other Disasters.

4-The Protocol on an Amendment and a Supplement  to the Cooperation Agreement between the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Albania and the Government of the Republic of Kosovo on Mutual Security Cooperation.

5- Amending Protocol to the Cooperation Agreement between the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Albania and the Government of the Republic of Kosovo on Avoidance of Double Taxation on Income and Capital Taxes and Prevention of Tax Evasion.

6-The Cooperation Agreement between the Ministry of Finance and Economy of the Republic of Albania and the Ministry of Economy, Employment, Trade, Industry, Enterpreneurship and Strategic Investments of the Republic of Kosovo on Labour Mobility.

7-Memorandum of Cooperation on Creation of 5G Digital Corridor, Facilitation of Future Movement between the Ministry of Infrastructure and Energy of the Republic of Albania and the Ministry of Economy and Environment of the Republic of Kosovo.

8- Memorandum of Cooperation between the Ministry of Education, Sports and Youth of the Republic of Albania and the Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports of the Republic of Kosovo on Establishment of the Joint Basketball League between the Albanian Basketball Federation and the Kosovo Basketball Federation.

9-Memorandum of Cooperation between the Ministry of Education, Sports and Youth of the Republic of Albania and the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kosovo on the Joint the Joint Digital Platform of Pre-University Education.

10- Annual Cultural Calendar between the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Albania and the Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports of the Republic of Kosovo.

11-Agreement on Film Co-production between the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Albania and the Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports of the Republic of Kosovo.

12-Memorandum of Cooperation between the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Albania and the Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports of the Republic of Kosovo.

13-Additional Protocol to the Health Cooperation Agreement between the Ministry of Health and Social Protection of the Republic of Albania and the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kosovo in the Fight against COVID-19.
