Andis Salla

Andis Salla was born in Shtërmen, Elbasan, on February 3, 1988. From September 2025, he holds the position of Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development.

Prior to this appointment, Mr. Salla served as Mayor of Cërrik, where during his mandate he was engaged in rural development, the improvement of public infrastructure, and the provision of effective services for citizens.

Mr. Salla’s professional experience also includes serving as Director of the Institution for the Execution of Criminal Decisions (IEVP) in Elbasan.

He has been qualified as a lawyer with the National Chamber of Advocacy since 2014. Mr. Salla completed his higher education at the Faculty of Law, University of Tirana, in 2011, specializing in Criminal Law.
