Enea Karakaçi

Enea Karakaçi he holds the position of Minister of Infrastructure and Energy since March 2026.

Prior to this appointment, he served as Administrator of OSHEE Group, the largest public enterprise in the country, starting in June 2023. He is widely recognized as a legal expert in the energy sector, with a long-standing career within this field.

His professional career has been closely linked to the Ministry of Infrastructure and Energy, where he held several senior leadership positions before assuming the leadership of OSHEE Group and subsequently the Ministry.
