A commemoration ceremony took place at the Martyrs of the Nation Boulevard in Tirana today to honour the Martyrs of the Homeland, Ziver Veizi, Hekuran Deda, Aleks Nika and Faik Myraj, whose lives ended tragically in front of the Council of Ministers building on 21 January 2011.

Prime Minister Edi Rama hosted a special reception for the family members and relatives of Ziver Veizi, Hekuran Deda, Aleks Nika and Faik Myrtaj at the Council of Ministers office.

Following the ceremony, they walked to the place where four commemorative plaques that immortalize them on “Martyrs of the Nation” boulevard and they laid wreaths and flowers.
