As a sign of honour and respect for the lives lost tragically in the terrorist attacks in Brussels, and in solidarity with the people and authorities of a country to which we are connected by an early friendship, the Albanian flag at the Prime Minister’s Office is flying at half-mast alongside the Belgian flag.

With this act of solidarity, the Prime Minister’s Office follows the example of other headquarters counterparts of allied countries, such as Great Britain, Germany, the Netherlands, USA, etc.

The Albanian Government strongly condemns the terrorist acts and remains deeply committed to the uncompromising fight against terrorism, side by side to allied countries.
