Engjellush Hysenllari is the family head of a family with six children in the village of Sovjan in the region of Korça. His extended family shares a two-room, almost completely ruined house. The Hysenllari family’s home was visited by Prime Minister Edi Rama, who was accompanied by the Minister of Health and Social Welfare Ogerta Manastirliu. Engjellush’s family benefits under the government’s social welfare scheme. The family head says he also looks after the three orphaned kids of his late brother, who died in a road acceded few months ago.

The government head pledged support to lift this family of poverty and solve its difficult problems by rebuilding a new home and provide employment opportunities for the family head, who has accumulated a 140-year working experience in building various infrastructure projects, as well as vocational training opportunities for the older daughters, who have been graduated from secondary school. PM Rama said that the house of Mr. Hysenllari will be rebuilt in order to ensure that winter season finds his family in a new home.
