In his first official meeting in Ankara with Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, Prime Minister Edi Rama offered the most sincere condolences on the terrorist attack at the Istanbul airport last night, where dozens of civilians were killed and hundreds were injured.
Prime Minister Rama reiterated Albania’s commitment in the fight against violent extremism and terrorism, in addition to assuring President Erdoğan on the excellent relations between the two countries. Prime Minister Rama urged the intensification of trade exchanges between our two countries, and the need to promote large Turkish entrepreneurs to invest in our country.
