The derelict industrial site in the town of Kuçova will be converted into a public park and recreational area soon. The project to transform the long-time abandoned and useless industrial site has been lauded by local residents in the Municipality of Kuçova.
Prime Minister Edi Rama, accompanied by lawmaker Ermonela Felaj, who represent the district of Berat, inspected the groundbreaking works for urban requalification of the site.
“The area is relatively large and suitable to be transformed into a public park, which, I believe will be Kuçova’s new centre as space allows for it,” MP Felaj said. The investment will transform the area from a degraded and useless site into a decent town centre for the Municipality of Kuçova.
