On the occasion of the 70th anniversary of the Liberation of the Homeland, a Military Ceremony of the Albanian Armed Forces was held in the Ministry of Defense.
The jubilee ceremony was attended by Prime Minister Rama, President Bujar Nishani, simultaneously General Commander of the Albanian Armed Forces, Speaker of the Parliament Ilir Meta, Cabinet ministers, Chief of the General Staff of the Albanian Armed Forces Major General Jeronim Bazo, MPs, representatives of the diplomatic corps, military attaches, representatives of religious communities, etc.
Defense Minister Mimi Kodheli addressed with a greeting the attendees and said that “November 29 is a special day in the history of our people, because it crowned a heroic effort against tyranny”.
At the end, the guards of honor did a military demonstration. The troops created the symbol of the 70thAnniversary of the Liberation. Air Forces were part of the ceremony.
