Prime Minister Edi Rama, in the course of his visit to the city of Lezhe, today toured the site where 80 new apartment homes are being constructed for the quake-affected families. 

Construction work is nearing completion the another group of 80 families will soon move into their brand new homes built under the post-earthquake recovery and reconstruction programme.

The government head lauded local government authorities and builders for the work to transform the residential complex. 

 “This is amazing, totally transformed residential neighbourhood,” the Premier said.

During the inspection visit, Prime Minister Rama was accompanied by Lezhe Mayor Pjerin Ndreu, who confirmed that fantastic work has been done to transform this block of residential buildings,

The 80 new housing units are divided into three residential blocks and around 80% of construction work has already completed.
