The fourth meeting of the Task Force chaired by Ms Ledina Mandija, will take place today 21.06.2017 at 17:00 with the following agenda:
1. Discuss the information provided by the ministries, their dependent institutions, prefectures, municipalities and public entities, or government-owned or state-controlled companies, including information about hiring (mainly in state companies and public bodies), dismissals and transfers on a monthly basis from January 2017 to date, pursuant to article 88 (3) of the Electoral Code; suspension and termination of work relationship during election campaign because of violations related to the elections; the use of budget outside the items of the analytical program, as well as monthly use of fuel, starting from 01.01.2017 to 16.06.2017, compared to the trend of the last year, pursuant to the Order no. 65 dated 12.05.2017, and the DCM no. 473 dated 01.06.2017.
2. Discuss the information received with regard to the issues about the voters’ lists.
3. Discuss the information about the withdrawal of large amounts of money from the second-level banks during the month of May 2017.
4. Discuss the cases found by the Commissioner for the Oversight of the Civil Service concerning violations with regard to the elections committed by civil servants, and the measures taken (if any);
5. Information about the Department of the Public Administration with regard to measures taken for violations in view of the elections, and the status of each case;
6. Information by the DPA with regard to reports submitted by the Ministry of Education and Sport;
7. Information by the Public Prosecutor’s Office with regard to criminal reports or criminal proceedings recorded for offences that affect the system of free elections, and the status for each case;
8. Information by the Commissioner for the Oversight of the Civil Service concerning delays in granting permits to serve as commissioner at the Local Commission of the Election Administration, the Central Voting Commission and the Votes Counting Commission;
9. Information with regard to the permissions for the LCEA, CVC and the VCC;
10. Miscellaneous.
