CALL FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST:
EXTERNAL EXPERTISE FOR THE LEGAL AND FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT OF THE STRATEGIC PROJECT “SA SKILLS”, WITHIN THE FRAMEWORK OF THE (INTERREG VI-A) IPA ITALY-ALBANIA-MONTENEGRO (SOUTH ADRIATIC) PROGRAMME 2021–2027
Within the framework of the implementation of the project “High LEVEL and market-respondent Competences for a Blue and Digitalized Smart and Skilled South Adriatic – SA-SKILLS”, the State Agency for Strategic Programming and Aid Coordination, in its capacity as project partner, invites interested entities to express their interest in providing external expertise for the legal and financial management of this project.
Interested entities must submit the following documents:
- The Request to Participate, in accordance with the application format “Declaration of the Request to Participate”;
- Curriculum Vitae (CV) in Europass format (in English);
- Personal/institutional profile demonstrating the entity’s capacities, resources, and experience (in English);
- A copy of the entity’s registration certificate (NIPT), if applicable;
- Other relevant documents proving past experience, such as reference letters, certificates, etc.

All interested entities may express their interest by submitting the above-mentioned documentation via email, to the address specified in the “Summary Contract Notice”, within a deadline of 30 calendar days from the date of publication of this announcement.
