Prime Minister Edi Rama will undertake a working visit to Jerusalem, Israel, from 25 to 27 January, on the occasion of his participation in the International Conference on Combating Antisemitism.

During the visit, the Prime Minister will be accompanied by the Albanian delegation and his spouse, Mrs Linda Rama.

On Monday, 26 January, from 11:00 to 12:30, Prime Minister Rama will hold a one to one meeting with the Prime Minister of Israel, Benjamin Netanyahu, followed by a meeting between the two delegations. The meetings will conclude with a joint press statement.

In parallel, Mrs Linda Rama, together with Mrs Herzog, spouse of the President of Israel, Isaac Herzog, will pay a visit to the National Library.

At 14:00, Prime Minister Rama, accompanied by Mrs Linda Rama, will arrive at Knesset Plaza, the Parliament of Israel, where he will be welcomed with a special state ceremony hosted by the Speaker of the Knesset. The ceremony will include an honor guard, the performance of the national anthems, and the laying of wreaths at the monument to fallen soldiers and at the monument to victims of terrorism.

Following the ceremony, Prime Minister Rama will sign the Book of Impressions in the Chagall Hall.

At 14:30, Prime Minister Rama and the Albanian delegation will meet with the Speaker of the Knesset, Mr Amir Ohana.

At 16:15, a special plenary session of the Knesset will commence, accompanied by a ceremonial entry into the chamber. Addresses will be delivered by the Speaker of the Knesset, Mr Amir Ohana, the Prime Minister of Israel, Benjamin Netanyahu, the Leader of the Opposition, Yair Lapid, and Prime Minister Edi Rama, who will address the Parliament of Israel with a historic speech under a special protocol reserved by the Knesset for a limited number of foreign leaders, most recently including the President of the United States of America, Donald J Trump.

At 17:15, an official reception in honor of Prime Minister Rama will be held at the Jerusalem Hall of the Knesset, with the participation of ambassadors and special guests.

Meanwhile, Mrs Linda Rama will hold a separate meeting with women members of parliament.

On 27 January, Prime Minister Edi Rama will take part in the International Conference on Combating Antisemitism, where he will deliver an address in the presence of the President of Israel, Isaac Herzog.

During his stay in Jerusalem, Prime Minister Rama will also undertake symbolic visits to the Western Wall and the Church of the Holy Sepulchre.
