Engjëll Agaçi
Mr. Engjëll Agaçi was born in Fier on February 15, 1969.
He graduated from the Faculty of Law at the “Tor Vergata” University in Rome, where he practiced as a lawyer for many years.
In the following, he was a researcher in Comparative Public International Law, finalizing his doctorate at “La Sapienza” University in Rome, where he received the title of Doctor of Science.
On October 17, 2015, the General Council of the Norman Academy (Norman Academy) in Italy awarded him the honorary title “Honorary Academic”.
On June 2, 2023, the President of the Republic of Italy, H.E Mr. Sergio Mattarella awarded him the title “Knight of Merit of the Republic of Italy”.
From September 15, 2013 ongoing, he holds the position of General Secretary of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Albania.
