Prime Minister and Minister for Europe and Foreign Affairs, Edi Rama, visited Eastern Ukraine to closely monitor the security and humanitarian situation in the conflicted-affected areas and see the practical impact of the Special Monitoring Mission (SMM) on the ground as he concluded his visit to Ukraine in his capacity as the OSCE Chairperson-in-Office.
Prime Minister Edi Rama landed in “Shiroky” military base in Kharkiv to go on then with an inspection at Stanytsia Luhanska checkpoint, which is also entry-exit crossing point that separates the conflict areas.
