Prime Minister Edi Rama revisited Damiana’s family, a little girl suffering from diabetes in Tirana while since the beginning of this year she benefits diabetes stripes for free just as other people affected by this illness. Accompanied by the Minister of Health, Ogerta Manastirliu, Prime Minister Rama ensured this way that the promise given on Diabetes International Day on 14 November – the first visit at Damiana’s home – on diabetes stripes reimbursement to all children in Albania is a promise kept by the government. “Good morning and wish you a nice day though these 4 minute video divided into two parts – where even all those who set the cries of hysteria cynicism on New Year’s Eve Santa Clause episode can see that we actually do something new to help all “Eriglisas and Leos” of Albania grow up safer,” Prime Minister Edi Rama writes in a post on his Facebook profile accompanying it with the relevant video. “We went to the reimbursement pharmacy at the University Medical Centre along with Damiana, a few days before. So I thought they must have terrified all parents now and all the children that this was not going to happen. It is important that this is achieved.
