The agreements signed today in the city of Shkodra following the joint session of the governments of Montenegro and Albania:

1. The joint declaration between the Prime Minister of the Republic of Albania, Edi Rama, and the Prime Minister of Montenegro, Duško Marković, in the framework of the first Albanian-Montenegrin Intergovernmental meeting.

 2. The framework agreement between the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Albania and the Government of Montenegro on the bilateral relations in the field of trans-boundary water management.

 3. The agreement on mutual assistance in emergency situations between the Council of Ministers of Albania and the Government of Montenegro.

4. The agreement between the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Albania and the Government of Montenegro on cross-border operations for airspace patrolling.

5. The agreement between the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Albania and the Government of Montenegro on the opening of a border crossing for road and waterway traffic on Lake Shkodra.

6. The program of cultural cooperation between the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Albania and the Ministry of Culture of Montenegro for period 2018-2020.
