As many as 4864 families, older adults and individuals with disabilities were assisted today as teams carry on with the door to door delivery of food packages, medicine supplies and other basic services as part of an ongoing humanitarian operation launched by the government across the country to help people cope with the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic.
As of today, teams on the ground have delivered supplies to a total of 228 350 families, retired people and individuals in need.
The teams working on the ground will knock every day on the doors of the needy people and everyone will be assisted till the war against the Covid-19 infection is over.
