The Premier explained that none of the employees will be made redundant, but no employee behind the service window will face citizens who report in person and queue to obtain a certain public sector service. Instead, the employees will have a computer only, while the citizens may be present there in the form of the applications and for any application requiring additional documents, the employee will do exactly this, obtaining all the required documents available on the system and meet the citizens’ demand.
