A previously totally ruined structure and a pitch completely neglected has now been transformed into a European-like Olympic Park in the south-eastern city of Korça. The Korça Olympic Park is a unique facility that adds to the city’s other attractions. The park project, which was built on the site of an existing structure, is an arch-shaped structure divided in two, hosting the Sports Hall and the so-called ‘The Children’s City. The newly built facility provides entertainment and sports opportunities for children, who can their free time at the specifically designed premises, including the library, the music rooms where they can attend musical instrument courses etc.
