Work has fully completed on construction of the Independence Museum House park, another ambitious project as part of the transformation drive in the southern Albanian coastal city of Vlora now available to Vlora citizens and visitors as a modern and rehabilitated infrastructure that boosts the city’s green areas and provides a fresh urban opportunity by naturally connecting the new Boulevard with the Lungomare (Waterfront Promenade).
Prime Minister Edi Rama inspected the new Park of the House of Independence in revitalized Vlora, a new space that has been restored to Vlora in tandem with the newly redesigned Square Flag and the infrastructure connecting the Trans-Balkan road with the sea.
This new and totally different space is an additional attraction for all residents, local visitors and foreign tourists to Vlora, offering everyone the opportunity to share more space and more interaction with one another.
The whole park has been designed to be a green space between the city’s centre and the sea, taking into consideration all the urban and infrastructure transformations to create fresh physical and visual connections between them.
